Shipping

We ship across Canada. Shipping fees depend on the destination province and are shown before payment. Orders ship within 2 business days; typical transit time is 2 to 7 business days depending on the region.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a charger that has not been installed, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Warranty

EV Duty chargers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For any claim, write to info@acme.quebec.
